We respect and understand the financial commitment families make for players to participate at this level of competition. We are very conscious to keep our club fees as low as possible. To do this, our fees will be confirmed once teams Fees are used to cover practice time, tournament entry fees, practice gym fees, uniforms, training equipment, volleyballs, ball carts, team gear, coaches per diem for tournaments, coach’s hotel rooms if teams travel, nominal administrative club costs and more!
Fees are also used to cover coaches’ salaries, which are not anywhere what they deserve for the commitment they make to Kansas United and the development of our players.
Tournaments are a lot of fun and an amazing experience for the players, however at Kansas United, we feel tournaments are a bonus! What you are truly paying for is knowledgeable and enthusiastic coaching, along with exceptional training and skill development.
$1100-$2200 per player
The overall cost is typically broken down into a deposit due by the end of July, and three additional payments due according a payment schedule.
We do not typically do any fundraising. Occasionally, due to the generosity of private donors, sponsors or other means, we are able to scholarship a player. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please email us at info@kansasunitedvb.org

The season officially begins in October and runs through March or April depending on the level of the team. Any teams qualifying for USA Volleyball Junior National Championships will have their season extended and additional fees assessed for the additional practices, entry fees and coaches travel expenses.
All teams play Premier and attend at least one National Qualifier. Some teams may travel for tournaments. Cost of personal travel expenses are not included in the regular fees.
The only additional fees charged are for additional clinics, camps or private trainings should you wish to attend.
The majority of teams carry 10 players. On occasion we might carry 9 or 11. The overall estimated cost of the season is divided by the number of players.
Each team typically plays between 6-10 tournaments depending on the level of the team.
